ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
Stepping into the salon world as a new stylist can feel overwhelming, but at Guys & Dolls, we’re here to support you every step of the way. Our Associate Program is a comprehensive, hands-on experience designed to help you grow into a confident, successful stylist.
Over approximately 8 to 10 months, you’ll receive personalized, hands-on training in technical skills, guest handling, and business building—all while earning hourly compensation. You’ll work closely with a dedicated mentor (or mentors) who will guide you as you build your skills, confidence, and clientele.
The program follows a performance-based system that rewards growth. As you hit and maintain set goals, you’ll earn opportunity days to take on requesting guests and start building your book. Once you graduate, you’ll seamlessly transition into a Level One service provider and move to commission-based pay.
