As a new stylist, stepping out in the salon world can be a little overwhelming. That's why we offer an Associate Program to new hires that runs approximately 8 to 10 months while providing an hourly based compensation as well as hands on training while you build your clientele. You will work with a mentor or mentors that will train you in areas of technical skills, guest handling, and business buliding.

Like all of our service providers, our associates work on a performance based system. As you excel and more forward you will earn opportunity days that allows you to provide services to requesting guests. You can earn more opportunity days by reaching and maintaining set goals. Once you finish the Associate Program you will start as a Level One service provider within our company and earn a commission based pay.
